# Herobook pro is a lemon

Ya i just like to say that i bought my herobook pro last year and the first two weeks i had it broke down and i spent 3 months trying to get them to fix it and got nothing but the run around. So i fix it myself, it was just a simple solder joint at the charging input. A simple little problem that they wouldnt take care of, i saved all the emails bake and forth for 3 and a half months. Now im having the same problem it wont boot up the blue light comes on and thats it. And you think these guys are going to give a sh t. They didnt the last time so im like out 450 buck’s. Thank god i still have my 4 year old hp laptop. Its slow as hell b ut it never once broke down. This company is something else. Im not rich i have to save to buy something like this and it justs kills me that they get away with it. R. F.
