You can download the operating system and drivers from the Chuwi website, in the “Support” and “Downloads” sections.

Nah bro, im volunteerly reset the OS bcs i freaked up the Users folder. I need a new driver for my touchpad and audio, may you give it please? Ser. No: DCorBXUY1H251000143

I’m just asking to find out the cause of the problem.

Before resetting Windows, you can make a backup, which is recommended in these cases.
