From Windows itself:
Start, configuration, update and security, recovery, reset this PC.
It is a process that can take a few hours, put the charger and let it finish, do not interrupt or turn off.

For both Android and Windos. I’ve lost my access to the windows OS - lost local password.

Si, scusa ma non avevo specificato il mio caso. Android non si avvia e resta in loop il logo ANDROID sul display. Ho provato a fare un factory reset da recovery mode ma niente.Conosci Modo di reinstallare android?

C’è un tutorial e un collegamento ai file per il recupero di Android, ma quando lo reinstalli perdi Windows, quindi devi prima creare un’immagine di Windows per poterla ripristinare.I file e i collegamenti non sono ancora disponibili dal forum precedente, poiché questo forum è in fase di integrazione. Devi aspettare qualche giorno
