# Hi10 pro windows not boot

The serial number of my Hi10 pro is PQ64G4216207932. I bought it in 2017. After I bought it, the windows 10 said that it encountered a problem and did not boot. The android is working fine. Then I tried to reinstall the windows, the problem remained. It just did not boot properly. I seldom use it afterwards.  
What should I do?
