Hi The touchscreen of my Hi10 X Pro stopped working after restarting. Is there a solution? My serial number is YH10XpAB30231109125 Thanks ---

wait you use windows or android? android is very very problem windows drives is bugget reinstall drivers ---

We cannot separate them, they are together Android and WIndows ☹ ---

I follow the tutorial and did the hard reset but the touchscreen still doesn´t work ☹ Any other suggestions? ---
