# Hi10max 125u i5 tablet mode dont detect keyboard to go into pc mode

have the new hi10max 125u and its "stuck"in tblet mode, when conected the keyboard swork fine but stays in tablet mode showing the touch keyboard, think it doesnt detect the presence of the keyboard thus stays in tablet mode, contacted suport and they sent me the drivers from support page and nothing changed, also sugest to reinstal the system also nothing changed, tried to instal new copy of win 11pro and stll nothing change. please support.

Tried 24H, 25H, 26H of Win11 - the same situation again as topic starter described.

What i noticed is that with win11 h25, it gets stuck in laptop mode instead of tablet mode…

Also playing a game like commandos makes it sooooo hot that looks like it will melt and/or the screen is losing the glue!!!

Was expecting a better product i must say…
