Hello,

I have issue with not being able to use my Bluetooth Headset as “Input” device - as you can see from screenshot - it is missing Input from my headset. This headset works as expected with my Phone and other Windows Laptop"

In the classic control panel Handsfree AG device is shown

The service is enabled

Here is what I have tried:

- Updated to Latest Driver Download from Intel on my existing installation
- Reinstall windows, then using dism to import drivers download from chuwi website
- Reinstall windows cleanly without driver, Windows found “Intel Wireless Bluetooth Driver” for me
- Reinstall windows cleanly, using dism import drivers extract from Chuwi FFU file before restart into OOBE

What am i missing, how to get it to work - need help!

The absence of driver alerts in the Control Panel does not mean that all drivers are up to date.
You can download Snappy, which is said to be a safe, virus-free app,
to check the scan results.
For security reasons, you can choose whether to download the drivers via Snappy or look for them on the manufacturer’s website.

Yeah, there’s some missing driver. +1 @bruzan2025

Might see if the headphone maker has a driver, or check windows update (could work)
