hi. i have my hi 10x tablet for a while now. yesterday i got my hipen h6 stylus and it doesnt work. what should ?

Only the latest Hi10X are compatible with the Hipen H6. You must look at your serial number to verify

Pretty sure that serial number is from an older model that only supports the H3 pen.
