Please explain in more detail what the situation is, whether the screen turns on or not, whether it displays any error messages, or whether the problem occurs when loading Windows. ---

Hi, thanks for the prompt reply. The device won’t power on at all, I left it charging overnight to no avail. Power indicator won’t light. It’s my brother’s one and he told me it became like that after a regular windows update. I’m charging it with two different 12v 2a chargers. It is very rare that a Windows update can cause a crash that prevents the device from turning on (BIOS crash) but can cause a screen crash. You should check if the screen lights up - even if it remains black - in a dark room. If it does not light up, the next step would be to open the device and disconnect the battery for a few minutes and reconnect to try a BIOS reset. ---

I downloaded the files (had to wait a little because of using mobile data) and opened the tablet, found a good tutorial video about it. Disconnected the battery for an hour and does not seem to work either.
