# HiPad Plus 11 - Not working - something sliding inside

I previously stated that I could not get the HiPad Plus to work and that I did not see a charging indication. I tested the charger and cable on my phone and it worked, so something had to be wrong with the tablet.

I picked it up and turned it over and then I heard something sliding inside !!! Some part - battery ??? - is moving freely inside the tablet. I can hear it clearly moving around if I turn the tablet from left to right or front to back.

Anybody else has experienced this also?

I suppose something went wrong during transport ???
