# Hipad x keeps on shutting down itself

HiPad X, Unisoc T618. With 6 GB Ram plus 128GB Flash. Tablet just freezes then shutdown itself most of the time im using it, then sometimes fails to boot past the Chuwi logo.  
Serial number: YHipaAEP30221208368  
Android version 11

Have you tried a factory reset or it may be time to buy a new one ?

Yes I did. I just got it this year, I cant get another one that fast

lors de l installation tout est pris en charge
