# HIPAD X WIFI continuous disconnection

Hi  
When I’m browsing using wifi connection, the wifi disconnects and indicates no internet connectivity. I have to switch off and switch on the wifi and the connectivity restores for a time

If you have not installed an application that may cause a conflict, I would try to do a factory reset to rule out a software failure

I tried a factory reset, without solving the problem, and I have found out that exactly the same issue occurs with other HIPAD X tablet connected to a different wifi router.

hi, i´ve the same problem. Continous disconection from router. Could you fix the problem?

I have “solved” the problem disabling the bluetooth connectivity. I cannot use any bluetooth accessory, but, at least, the tablet can be used

Try flashing the updated Stock firmware with SP flash tool. Usually update firmware with OTA may cause some conflits. Using SP flash tool to flash firmware is the clean and stable way.

The HiPad Plus stll has Wi-Fi connectivity problems.  
Can’t Chuwi solve this with a firmware update?
