What type of update did you do? You may need to reinstall the system:

Unfortunately it didn’t work. After reading the Internet, I realized that I have problems with IMEI and modem calibration.

IF you tell me the country maybe i can ask, sometimes we need to give some certificates so your telephone company open it.
