# Hipad XPro works with Hipen H7?

I bought the Hipad Xpro t616\_p30\_chuwi\_hipad\_xpro\_eea13\_20231125 and also bought the Chuwi Hipen H7, the tablet seems to BE working well but i cant use the pen with it.

Is it compatible? If so, there os anything that i should do to connect both?

No, cannot be used. Hipad Xpro does not have mpp protocol, and H7 needs it. The only one that works is H8 or any other capacitivy pen you buy, that is like the touch of the finger.  
You need to send H7 back for a refund.

Thanks for the quick response , but why there is nowhere that Information on the Chuwi websites?? 😔

The only Information that i got it was here and nome of them say about the pen compatibility of the Hipad Xpro.

I Will have to deliver back the H7 and order a new One.
