Hello, I have download the bios file for my device that Chuwi sent me and I am unsuccessful with flashing it to the bios chip with the ch341a programmer. Can anyone help me with it guide or walk thru step by step instructions? My Ubook X won’t turn on or charge the blue and red lights don’t even turn on but the light indicating power to the keyboard is on only when plugged. Thank you

We are sorry , we do not have a manual for that, as it is done in the factory.
Maybe other users would be able to explain you.
