I have HQ64G42171003543.  
I i. Sralled several os un years. The last was devian.  
Rgen i wanted ro install w11 light edition. Ar the reboot no Power on…no charging lights.  
How can I solve that? It seems a BIOS failure

Which model tablet is that?

We can only provide the files that came with it (if we have them as it seems vbery old)
