Even though I jave 4 gb video card, I can only use 128mb of it as VideoRam. Is it possible to increase the Video Ram? I have found some videos on the internet but they did not work, also tried bios but I just couldn’t find it.

Try to find in bios “dvmt pre allocated video memory” or “igd configuration” or “Dynamic video memory” . It can be in chipset-\>north bridge.
