Help! My keyboard suddenly started typing random keys. In order to solve the problem, I tried to do a hard reset. After that, the keyboard stopped working completely (can’t even go to the BIOS)! When I randomly press keys now, sometimes it will start typing “]” to no end and I can’t type anything else. Anyone know what is wrong? ---

You folks just emailed me this: Hello, there are no parts to repair, and you need to use the keyboard to reinstall the system. I’m very sorry for that So what am I supposed to do now? ---

I know I can remove the SSD but is there any way to remove the RAM? Would like to salvage and use it in a new machine.
