# Keyboard Not Working Properly

Model: CHUWI Intel Core i5 10th Gen 1035G1 CoreBook X Grey Laptop JCORBXIZ13H2312

The character set on the CoreBook X Keyboard is disoriented. For example, when I write NO, it types NU. The output of entering 123456789 is jumbled characters, see attached image picture

-Factory Rest Done  
-Device Setup Driver reinstalled  
Windows updated

Kindly provide a resolution to this issue since I am unable to work.

I asked tech but they do not understand that much what is happening. Would you be able to send a video in which you show you type and what it writes in the screen? Maybe then they will see it…
