# Keyboard Typing Wrong Letters

Hello,
My laptop uBOOK DESKTOP-V4VAMUT (Product ID: 00356-02222-35651-AAOE) is typing wrong or different letter written on keyboard.
I tried to reset and change the languages, it always typing wronglt letter on keyboard.
I need your support to fix this issue.
