# Lapbook Pro Trackpad Issues

Hello, I just purchased a Lapbook Pro and is a good machine apart from I am having issues with the trackpad, it is very jerky and hard to direct the mouse pointer correctly, especially when doing precision work. Is there a software fix for this or is it a hardware problem?

Hey, unfortunately I don´t have a solution… but also unfortunately the same problem.  
I got my machine a few days ago aand for the price it is a very good machine indeed. The mousepad sometimes doesn´t respond at all and sometimes the mouse pointer jumps from one place to another. When I use an external mouse I have never noticed these issues, which in my opinion might be a sign for a hardware error.

have the same problem, yesterday got a laptop and touchpad didn’t work correct. is there someone from chuwi support???
