**1.** I am using the Minibook X N150 16GB model. My serial number is: [ZMinBXYZ1H251201654]

**2.** Everything works perfectly except for the built-in laptop screen, which displays nothing. The touch screen still functions. External monitors work fine, and Windows successfully detects the internal monitor, but the built-in screen remains completely blank.

**3.** Additionally, I noticed an anomaly in the advanced display settings: the ‘Active Signal Mode’ (1200x1920) does not match the ‘Desktop Mode’ (1920x1200).

It is possible that the screen is damaged, or that there is an issue with the connection between the motherboard and the monitor.
