# Missing storage and USB drivers

Hello. On my Chuwi Hi10X1 laptop (serial number ZH10X1CN1H250300330), I get an error stating that USB and storage drivers are missing when trying to install Windows 11; I’ve searched online, but the system doesn’t recognize the drivers.
