# Monitor FreeBook 360

I received the laptop today, but it has a problem that is the monitor is constantly turning off for about 1 second and then on again.
Is there anything I can do to resolve this?

I faced the same issue after one month of buyimg a brand new FreeBook. A couple of weeks of the problem the screen did not turn on again, nor did the freebook cvarge. We wrote to Chuwi and sent the laptop to the Spanish Chuwi Service. After theee months! we got it back. After one month the problem replicated again and rhe laptop “died” again. This time the the Spanish service snt it to China…we got it back 9 minths later!!! And again, after one month the screen went off and the computer died… I have been reporting Chuwi repeatedly, but they now simply don’t answer.
Also, the laptop battery did not last more than 1’5 h even with sinple ofimatic tasks…they claim it can run for 8 h.
There is nor much doubt, this is simply a fraud!!
