# My Chuwi Hi10 Air stopped working

Hi!  
My Chuwi Hi10 Air stopped working. I hold the power button for over 30 seconds and plugged in the power cord and it shows nothing on the screen. Sometimes the power led turns on but turns off the second. I bought it very recently and used it a couple of times.

So it is likely that your tablet has a warranty and it is better to contact seller or [aftersale@chuwi.com](mailto:aftersale@chuwi.com)
