# My Hi12 after update the Bios it can wake up

Hi  
I updated the BIOS . when I press the power up to wake up the system. it failure and no display anymore.  
Please help to solve it. Thanks!

If you can’t flash bios with files from [this topic](https://forum.chuwi.com/t/hi12-official-version-dualboot-chuwi-hi12-android-remix-windows-bios-driver/928), try to contact [service@chuwi.com](mailto:service@chuwi.com) after 11 february (now they are not working because of the coronavirus)

My Serial no. Q64G42160901475. Please advise which CPU has been used, Z8300 or Z8530? What is the flash part number for Bios is installed?
