# Need windows 11 iso and its Driver

Hi support , please give me the links to download the windows 11 iso and also the drivers.  
i tried to download from ur support page\>download\>insert serial numbers but the download speed for that link is very bad and slow. not because of my connection issue for sure.  
so, idk if the original window for this tablet is window 10 or not , because when i got its already in window 11.  
my serial number is: ZHi10XEW3H240102609

please also attach any guide that related just to make sure pls.

Hello  
You can download and burn a USB drive from the Microsoft website.

To reinstall Windows, You also need the drivers.

There is a moderator who reviews the posts and gives the link to the drivers.
