# Problem bios chuwi hi8

I have the chuwi hi8 and it does not open the bios but does not recognize the keyboard and mouse either. Please how will the usb open? the code of the tablet is: Q32G22150908155.

Try to reset bios by disconnecting the battery for 10-30 minutes.  
If this does not help, you need to reflash bios with SPI programmer. If you need bios files write to [service@chuwi.com](mailto:service@chuwi.com)
