# Problem with usb device

when I insert the external USB drive into the USB port and start transferring a lot of data, an error message appears end the external device cannot be seen for a few seconds. I sometimes have the same problem with USB keys. This problem has been happening since I bought the computer with both USB ports. Can you help me?  
Versione/data BIOS American Megatrends CW-BI-SU156SWR100-SA66B-001-H, 05/06/2020  
Versione SMBIOS 3.1

Many aspects of the problem lead me to think it is a software problem

- Test the USB drive or key on another computer to see if they work properly. This will help isolate if the issue is with the devices themselves or your computer.
