Recovery mode is broken install some twrp or other and work

We dont have an exe file
Try these files, are the same as the video

Hello,
i’ve tried everything i could but i can’t make it to work. i have even tried on 2 computers, one on Windows 10 Enterprise N Version 22H2 64 bits and one on WIndows 10 Pro Education Version 1903 64 bits. I keep getting the notifications that the driver is not compatible and cannot be installed.
