Hello,

I have a Chuwi Hi10 Pro and I forgot the Android unlock PIN. Since the internal recovery menu and the Windows Reset tool are not working (giving errors), I need to perform a clean flash of the Android OS to recover my tablet.

Could you please provide the official Android firmware and the flashing tool/guide for my specific model?

Here is my tablet’s Serial Number:  
S/N: [HQ64G42180105714]
