# RZBOX DISPLAY ADAPTER DRIVER ERROR

Good morning. My RZBOX Ryzen 9 SERIAL ZRZBOXIY1H211101623 has a configuration problem that I can’t fix. There is a driver incompatibility regarding the display adapter.

The Device Manager highlights:  
Display Adapter (AMD Radeon Graphics) and  
Other Devices (PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller).

I have tried to install the correct drivers suggested by [AMD.com](http://AMD.com) using the Auto Detect and Install app for Windows® 10/11\*. Windows does not finish performing the update and crashes. I use an ultrawide monitor LG 25UM58-P connected by hdmi.  
Will you be able to help me about it?  
My M2 disk drive is a KINGSTON OM8PDP3512B-A01 and my RAM memory two NETAC NS08GS4G8 DDR4 modules.
