Hello, I have a LarkBox X with a Ryzen 7 3750H, the M2 SSD disk is too small for me and I bought an M2 WD BLUE SA510 500GB SATA 6Gb/s but the BIOS does not recognize it, the disk is fine because I have tested it in a laptop. Could you tell me one that is compatible with the mini pc? Thank you ---

none if you change anything on this brand then get another as this company ---

none if you change anything on this brand then get another computer as this company has no surrport what so ever ---

The disk should be an nvme, not a sata. Like the WDS500G3B0C (WD Blue SN570 NVMe ssd) ---

Hi, Thank you for answering, the fact is that the original disk is an M2 SATA, it comes standard with a Kingston, they told me that this computer does not support the NVMe protocol, only sata, I do not understand anything. Greetings ---

The original disk it’s an m2. But not sata, nvme. I’ve the same identical machine. And i upgraded the disk with a SAMSUNG 980 1 TB PCIe 3.0 ( MZ-V8V1T0BW). As soon as i go back home i’ll take some photo to show it to you ---

That disk it’s an nvme (as the kingston you have). If you want i can take a photo also of the phisical disk, but i think it’s not as useful as the hwinfo screen ---

Hi. Thank you very much for your information, I have put a WD Blue SN570 NVMe on it and it has recognized it without problems, it seems that the hard drive had the firmware altered since the interface is SATA and used the NVMe protocol
