Guys, how does the support service work? I made an order for a new Corebook X from Spain and then it started, they can’t send, they offer to do it from China, and everything disappeared, silence, I write letters to them, but no one answers, everyone? How long to wait for their answer, a day, two, a week? This is the first time I come across this !!! ---

I do not understand how you have not been served and why your order was not sent. Here we do not have contact with the sales part but I quote @Management in case he can do something ---
