# Tablet Hi10 Max 12 hipen h7 No pressure sensitivity

Hi I am trying to us Hipen h7 on my hi10max and its working but it appears like little star on a screen instead of cursor and there is no pressure sensitivity, I am trying to find drivers on this site, type a serial number of my hi10max but it shows nothing, what should i do?

You need to contact customer service via the Chuwi website.
