i just got new Chuwi **GameBook 9955HX**

audio driver is giving this hissing sound which i tried many things to fix and cant solve

anyone else have similar issues? please help its stressing me out as its brand new laptop

From my point of view, if a device doesn’t work properly, the best thing to do is return it.

You say the audio driver is making an annoying sound:  
In my opinion, it’s not a driver problem:  
It happens with laptop speakers or headphones.

the speaker makes a hissing sound and it stops working totally , it used to work before i reset my windows

You reinstalled Windows. You can back up the drivers from Windows.

You can download the operating system and drivers from the Chuwi website, in the “Support” and “Downloads” sections.
