While researching new laptops on the market I found the Minibook X with many great reviews. Might Chuwi be thinking of establishing a USA service center sometime in the future? And what about that return rate? ---

Right now we only have Centers in Europe and Hong Kong . China. Unless we grow On USA it wont be possible to have a repair center there, we have already a warehouse, but too much competition with other brands, US customers prefer other brands,so its hard. I apologize. ---

Now can you comment on the return rate that’s mentioned on Amazon?
