# Surbook battery issues

After one year and a half of normal usage the battery of my chuwi surbook couldn’t charge properly and started to heat and deform. I stopped using it since I’m worried about the status of the battery and the excessive heat coming from it. Could someone from Chuwi give me support? Thanks

I have had the same problem a year. Now I don’t charge the battery anymore, I have to be connected to the charging cable
