# Потеряны тачпад и звук после обновления

После долгого засиживания на 11 винде я устал от слабой производительности и решил перейти на 10 Windows  
Но после недолгой переустановки у меня пропали сразу двое: Звук (вообще не опознает динамики даже в панели задач  
Тачпад тоже, ни в какую не отображаются как живые в панели задач

Помогите пожалуйста

You can download the operating system and drivers from the Chuwi website, in the “Support” and “Downloads” sections

Try installing a driver installation application like Snappy.

Not snappy nor official chuwi drivers didn’t work

If the manufacturer doesn’t have a version of Windows 10, there certainly aren’t any official drivers.
