# Chuwi Hi12

I need to reinstall Windows 10 on my Hi12,

1. where can I get instructions in English?
2. Where can I download the Windows image?
3. How do I get the licence code that was with the tablet originally?

If you use the rom that you can download from this section of the forum, it will be equipped with the necessary drivers for all the devices to work.In case of performing a clean installation with a multilanguage Windows 10 pendrive downloaded from the Microsoft website, you will need the drivers that you can also find in this section.Finally, you will not need in any case Windows key since, whether you use the forum rom, or if you use the Windows pendrive, the system will be activated only when connecting to the internet.
