# Touch screen has a dead zone

@Nas @mytouchdoesnotwork Try reinstalling windows with official image

Image file is first link ([My Files](https://www.mediafire.com/folder/il2px0zka3wueaj,7i3yk84v1rgn574,9s415883fxmkf2j,rfgwlkt48kl08au,62agv0qkklk6oh6/shared)), And tutorial to burn it to usb flash drive / sd card is second one ([Hi10 Air windows flash tutorial](http://chuwi.mediafire.com/file/uhvc8eqaure7hij/Hi10_Air_windows_flash_tutorial.docx/file)).  
If it’s fixed by reinstalling, You can run batch file on desktop named ‘cleanup’ or something like that to continue setup of windows.

If problem persists, Try installing [See this post if you have problems with touchscreen (dead zones, inverted axis, etc)](https://forum.chuwi.com/t/see-this-post-if-you-have-problems-with-touchscreen-dead-zones-inverted-axis-etc/22352) again.
