JGeBPLCY4H240102501 I recently freshly installed a windows 11, and I already downloaded the drivers in official chuwi website, but I used microsoft windows 11 O.S I really need the touchpad and audio driver. my serial number is in the top message. ---

The Windows operating system you download from the Chuwi website is customized. Have you checked the Device Manager ? You may do reintallation again. Create a setup media on a usb flash drive. You must include the drive folder in it too. Then, after installation, you can configure the driver files when setting up Wi-Fi for the first time.
