# Ubook Xpro on off volume switch

Τhe on off and volume switch my Ubook Xpro is broken, maybe it was problematic from the beginning, unfortunately I didn’t notice it sooner  
The machine was bought from a original CHUWI STORE [store@chuwi.com](mailto:store@chuwi.com) two months ago  
I don’t know if there is a guarantee one year ? and where to turn  
I wonder where I will find a replacement for it.  
I have the replacement expertise  
I have found a website that sells it at an exorbitant price of 84 euros with shipping so very expensive  
I have warranty papers but it doesn’t say an address or on line activation procedures
