# Unboxing the Aerobook / defaultuser0 / password

I just unboxing the Aerobook. The first surprise was that started at Bios. Then it appears as username “defaultuser0”. So, why there was already a user on place? I am not happy at all with that. Then, what it is the password? Anyone can help? Before returning it. Many thanks

I have the same problem, why would there be password’s when you load a brand new notebook/laptop. I have tried the password they have recommended but didn’t work.

I have the same problem with my new unboxed GemiBook… When I start I see “wrong user or pass” and then the starting window from windows with Defaultuser0 and Defaultuser01 asking for password…
