Hello,

**Model:** CHUWI UniBook
**Chipset/Processor:** Intel Core 3 304 (Wildcat Lake platform)

Hello, I am having problems finding the correct drivers for my CHUWI UniBook after installing/reinstalling Windows 11.

I have already tried using **[support.chuwi.com](http://support.chuwi.com)** and entered the serial number several times, but the serial number download system is currently not working and displays an error, so I cannot obtain the official OS/driver package.

After the Windows installation, several devices appeared without drivers in Device Manager. These included:

- Intel HECI Protocol Device
- Intel High Definition DSP
- Intel Dynamic Tuning Technology Device Component
- Intel Dynamic Tuning Technology Updater Component
- Intel PPM Provisioning Package
- PCI Simple Communications Controller

I tried finding individual drivers through Windows Update and the Microsoft Update Catalog. Some packages partially installed, but several failed because the installation reported that required files were missing.

At the moment there are no longer any yellow warning icons in Device Manager, but these devices still report that **no driver is installed for the device**.

Could you please provide the **complete original OS/driver package for this exact UniBook model** , or a direct download link?

I would prefer the complete CHUWI driver package rather than individual drivers, so that all required files and dependencies are included.

Thank you very much for your help.

You need to contact customer service via the Chuwi website.

You might have some luck with [https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html](https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html)

The Intel driver tool is going to supply the latest drivers with updates and bug fixes for the detected hardware. Chuwi’s driver system is only going to be a snapshot at the time of manufacturing, so the driver bundle is likely stale.
