# USB C HI10X charger issue

Hello i have the CHUWI Hi10 X, and i bought a usb c charger and it seems no charger works other than the one bundled with the device why is that? Also what is the warranty on the device?

Hi10X does NOT support normal USB C charger standards (PD or QC).  
It just needs plain 12 V 2A power supply.  
You need to buy PD trigger to work with normal USB C PD-standard charger.  
The PD trigger will “trick” the charger to provide the 12V that the Hi10X needs.
