So Im asking about these issues for my partner who owns a Chuwi Tablet (Surface pad?).
She has been encountering two issues on a regular basis.
Firstly is moments when the screens touchpad will become unresponsive. She has found out that she can fix this by restarting the tablet while having it connected to its keyboard.
The second issue sees its volume going up at random intervals all by itself; even when the tablet is not in use.
Does anyone have any fixes for these issues?
