White Screen Issue on Chuwi Device Anyone Else Facing This?

Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing a whitescreen problem on my Chuwi device. The screen sometimes turns completely white or blank and becomes unresponsive. This usually happens during startup or while switching apps. A restart sometimes fixes it, but the issue keeps coming back.

Device Model: (Add your Chuwi model here)
OS Version: (Windows/Android + version)
When It Happens: (Startup, after update, random, etc.)
What I Tried: Restart, driver update, display settings reset, etc.

Has anyone else faced this whitescreen issue on Chuwi devices? Any fix or suggestion would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

How old is the computer ?

The device should have information about the mini PC, or it should be in the user manual.

If the problem occurs after a Windows update, you can uninstall the updates.
