# Windows hello face not working on gemibook

Hello everybody. Does anyone know why “windows hello face”" does not recognize the camera on my Gemibook (j4125)?  
Is there a way to solve this issue, maybe using a different camera driver?  
Thanks for any help you might be able to provide

The Windows 10 Hello Facial Recognition feature requires an Intel RealSense or 3D Camera to support facial unlock features.  
Gemibook doesn’t have such features.

Understood, it’s a pity but after all for the price of the Gemibook you can’t ask too much.
