You have the same problem that has been reported in several threads. There are several solutions provided by users but nothing definitive. The most proven is to not use the reader for a few days and after these, start the tablet without sd and with a pen inserted in the USB port (no matter the content). After this the reader will be recognized, but you should not use cards of more than 32 Gb for Android, so if it is of a higher capacity, you must make a partition in Fat32 for Android of maximum 32 Gb, leaving the rest in NTFS format for Windows. It also does not advise to use the programs of passage from one system to another and turn off and on again when you want to change the system.
